Cette période figure parmi les plus intenses en matière de circulation aux États-Unis, et la plupart des États mettent en place des règlements spéciaux pour gérer la congestion routière et assurer la sécurité.
Si votre entreprise a des expéditions transitant par les États-Unis durant cette période, veuillez noter que de nombreux États restreindront les déplacements de cargaisons hors gabarit à partir du jeudi 3 juillet, certaines restrictions pouvant se prolonger jusqu’au fin de semaine. Les bureaux d’émission de permis seront fermésle 4 juillet, et certains resteront fermés pendant plusieurs jours.

Les déplacements de cargaisons surdimensionnées/en surpoids sont restreints du 3 au 6 juillet dans la plupart des régions.
Les bureaux de permis seront fermés, ce qui peut retarder l’approbation des itinéraires.
Prévoyez des retards et ajoutez du temps de transit supplémentaire si nécessaire.
Même si vous expédiez depuis le Canada ou un autre pays, tout fret empruntant les routes américaines pendant cette période peut être concerné.
